At Village Concepts of Fairwood, one of Bruce’s fondest memories is making bread with his mom. It’s something he’s loved since he was young, and it stuck with him. By high school, Bruce was already known for his bread recipe, and it became something his family looked forward to whenever he baked. Bread was always Bruce’s thing. Over the years, he kept making it, sharing it, and perfecting it. His wife knows how special that recipe is, and she’s looking for it now so she can share it with us as he continues his bread-making legacy!
