Our Super Bowl party at El Dorado West had a wonderful turnout, with many residents gathering to cheer on the Seahawks. The food was great, the energy was even better, and to top it all off the Seahawks delivered with a win! Adding to the evening’s win, resident Kathy Fowler took home the night’s top prize: a signed Jim Zorn photo, generously donated by our wonderful receptionist April. Congratulations, Kathy!
The good news didn’t stop there. Our Dining Services Director, Nigel, won first place with his Curry Miso Mushroom soup at the “Empty Bowls” event in Burien, his second consecutive year taking the top spot for best facility soup! The event also raised $24,000 for local food banks, making it a win for the entire community. Way to go, Nigel!
