Spring has sprung and so has our garden! What began in early March with a few tiny indoor seed trays has blossomed into a full-fledged garden adventure. Each week, residents have been gathering to roll up their sleeves, clean out old beds, and plant vibrant new life into our community’s flower and vegetable plots.

Our garden is now home to a colorful array of tulips, pansies, rhododendrons, marigolds, lilies, dahlias, peonies, geraniums, daffodils—and more still to come! We’re looking forward to a stunning bloom by July.

On a sunny Friday, we took a big step forward by planting cherry tomatoes and bell peppers that were carefully nurtured indoors throughout the spring. With a little sunshine and a lot of love, we’re expecting a delicious summer harvest. And the strawberry patch? It’s already flowering beautifully—just in time to bear sweet berries by June!

Perhaps most exciting of all, this garden project has drawn in some new faces—residents who don’t usually take part in daily activities have been coming out to join the fun in the sun. It’s been a joyful, shared experience full of laughter, fresh air, and the simple magic of watching things grow. Stay tuned—there’s so much more to bloom!
