The residents at Harbor Tower Village always look forward to a day of cultural experience. Harbor Tower Village recently explored the bright colors, delicious foods, and the Eastern influence of China. Bright, colorful tables, fans, and the Chinese Loong hung from the windows and welcomed them as they entered the dining room for lunch. Orange Chicken, Lo Mein, and liangcai caused many ooohs and aaaahs as residents happily devoured their food. To top off an amazing meal they enjoyed egg tarts for dessert. We had many requests for seconds, maybe thirds (but we promised not to share who they were). Residents fanned one another while laughing and talking and commenting on how much they loved the ambiance of another world.
China is definitely a country we will visit again!
