Our Annual Harvest Dinner at Village Concepts of Fairwood was a truly delightful evening, enjoyed by all the residents and their guests. This year’s event featured an impressive, mouthwatering meal that had everyone talking, with the highlight being a perfectly prepared prime rib and crab that showcased exquisite flavors. Alongside the main course, the evening was capped off with a show-stopping dessert—a decadent salted caramel bread pudding that quickly became the talk of the night.
