At Village Concepts Bothell Riverside East, we are pleased to welcome our new resident Lewis Quaranta, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force 2nd Class where he served as a Communication Specialist from 1957 to 1961, based out of Riverside, California. He met his wife in Riverside, and his first child was born there.
In the photo below, Lewis is pictured on his wedding day, choosing to wear his uniform as it was the best suit he owned. He humbly mentioned saving four lives that he knows of, describing it as just another day in the office when asked how it felt.
We are honored to have Lewis and many more veterans as a part of our community, and we eagerly anticipate celebrating them with a ceremony on November 11th, as well as their recognition at the Veteran’s Day Assembly at Evergreen Academy Elementary School on November 8th. To all of those who have fought for our freedom and peace, thank you for your service.
