Lifelong Friends and Neighbors at High Point Village

EN photo

Pat, Nancy, and Dolores met during their teenage years, where a friendship began that would last a lifetime. They were all baptized together, on the same day, in a little church in Issaquah, unknowingly sealing a bond that would carry them through 75 years. They were in each other’s weddings, raised their kids together, and filled their days with camping trips, water skiing, birthday lunches, golf, and laughter. They called themselves “the girlies,” a name that never aged. When their husbands retired, the girlies hit the road in RVs, collecting miles, sunsets, and stories. Though their husbands have since passed, the girlies remain. Now, all living at High Point Village, Pat, Nancy, and Dolores are living proof that true friendship doesn’t fade—it only grows richer with time.
