At Sound Vista Village, we recently enjoyed Spirit Week, which included Cowboy Day, Crazy Hair Day, Senior Fitness Day, Favorite Sports Team Day, and Favorite Hat Day! On Senior Fitness Day, we had a large turnout of residents who participated in exercises alongside all the directors and staff. We all dressed up in our best '80s fitness gear. Each staff member led a portion of the exercise, and the residents had a great time following along!
