Residents of Spiritwood at Pine Lake attended the Down Home Independence Day Parade in downtown Issaquah to ring in the Fourth of July! The residents enjoyed seeing the kids and pets parade go by, filled with music, local schools, and even a donkey or two! The spirit of the red, white, and blue was alive and well on the sunny Thursday, and after the parade, everyone shared a picnic lunch at a nearby park, and reminisced about other gatherings they'd attended on Fourth of July. The day was perfect to celebrate the holiday and share in great company!
