In honor of the annual salmon run, our residents at Spiritwood at Pine Lake got to visit a well-known Issaquah landmark, the salmon hatchery! Here they enjoyed a nice fall day outing with a tour of the hatchery where they saw live salmon jumping the stream, learned about their life cycle and got to see some full-grown adults in the tanks! How amazing it is to live so close to such wildlife, just in our backyard.
