Wine Tasting with Dining Director Mike at Grandview Village

Residents at Grandview Village listen intently as they learn about Italian red wines from dining director, Mike. With a traditional charcuterie pairing, they sipped and savored the differences between the 4 bottles. Mike educated us regarding the region, grapes, and classification of the wines. Residents commented on the color, aroma, and taste. Just for fun, our dining director spoke about the perfect food pairings and even some fun facts about wines and wine makers.
