Spiritwood celebrated Filipino-American Heritage Month with a fabulous cooking demonstration hosted by Executive Director Brenda and Resident Care Coordinator Leah. They showed residents how to make the traditional Filipino noodle dish Pancit, as well as a tasty dessert lumpia, Turon. The residents loved getting to learn more about Filipino food and culture!
