Coming 2026, our new Senior Living community in Lake Stevens will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, providing a continuum of services to fit your needs. Nestled in charming Lake Stevens with surrounding views of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, residents will enjoy amenities such as a great room, theater, private dining room, bistro, outdoor dining patio, and a memory care courtyard with raised garden beds. Our community is also right next door to Lake Stevens Landing, which includes Starbucks, Chipotle, and various retail and dining options.

As a family-owned, locally operated company celebrating 50 years of service, Village Concepts takes pride in building strong connections with our neighbors and creating vibrant communities where residents can thrive both within our communities and in the surrounding area. Village Concepts of Lake Stevens will be our second community in Snohomish County, alongside the established Village Concepts of Marysville, Grandview Village. We are excited to expand our services to better support residents with memory care needs while serving the Lake Stevens community.

I've just seen the first part of it and when I drove into the parking lot, everything was very well maintained, very clean, and organized. The staff was very informative, gave me all kinds of leads or which step to take next and a list of places to go, and a book of all the facilities in the area and the reviews on them, so that was extremely helpful."

"Village Concepts of Fairwood has been a life changer for both my mom and our family. After losing my father last winter, mom was, understandably, very sad, lost, and unable to make decisions about her next steps. We spent six months trying to help her settle into our home and busy family but, despite trying very hard, we were unable to meet her needs and help her rediscover joy. Enter Village Concepts of Fairwood... When we were touring senior living options in our area, Lynda, Jenn, and the Village Concepts facility were by far the most professional and welcoming. Almost immediately upon moving in mom began regaining her confidence and independence in an apartment that is just the right size for her (and her happy poodle) to manage. Other residents welcomed her in the dining area and she soon made a wonderful group of friends. After just over three months the change in my mom is astounding. She participates in regular exercise classes, shopping trips, scenic drives, lunch outings, bingo, films, and happy hour. She has once again found her voice, interest in the world around her, and joy.
