About Brannan Park

Welcome to Village Concepts of Auburn, Brannan Park. We offer housing options for seniors that include independent living, assisted living, and memory care support. Our community includes a beautiful park with an amazing view of Mount Rainier that we enjoy daily!

Our residents stay active and social by spending time with their friends, families and one another in our bistro or library. Some of our all-time favorite activities are bean bag baseball with our neighboring communities, ice cream socials, happy hours with live music, and of course local trips. We’ve made trips to the Tulip Festival, Northwest Trek, Emerald Downs, and local museums. Even on a gloomy day our brightly lit, wide hallways and warm, bright colors make you feel like it is a sunny day.

It's sometimes hard to put into words how unique, rewarding, and life-changing a career in senior living can be; Executive Director Katie Jones at Village Concepts of Oak Harbor shares her beautiful testimony of "why we do what we do":"Today we had our resident meeting and I stood in front of a room full of beautiful and handsome faces. I shared a story about how our residents move in thinking we are going to be taking care of them, but they have no idea how much they take care of us. I shared about a conversation with Joyce, one of our residents. She told me to do something (in love) and said, 'It is what your mom would want me to say to you.' Little did she know that I have lived a lifetime with a mom who struggles with extreme early onset dementia and that my sisters and myself have pretty much learned how to be adult women from each other and watching others. I tried to share that story at our resident meeting and began to cry.I am so grateful for all the 'parents' I have gained, who care, guide, and 'mother' me. Thank you for the opportunity to love them all!-Katie JonesExecutive Director, Village Concepts of Oak Harbor" ... See MoreSee Less
