Riverside East, a retirement and assisted living community in Bothell, was recognized by the Village Concepts executive team with the Excellence in Customer Retention and Excellence in Staff Retention awards. Village Concepts presented the award at a corporate retreat at Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, Wash. on Oct. 3-4.

The Excellence in Customer Retention award honors Village Concepts communities who have excelled in customer retention with a turnover at or below 25 percent. The Excellence in Staff Retention award recognizes Village Concepts communities who demonstrate workplace satisfaction and service excellence through positive leadership that nurtures commitment and quality of the front line employees of their communities.
