Welcome to Village Concepts of Oak Harbor, Harbor Tower Village. We are situated close to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and nestled between the ocean and the mountains. Veterans enjoy Thursday morning coffee and breakfast with fellow veterans and active duty sailors. We offer monthly trips, including whale watching and we take part in community events, such as the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and Holland Happening. At Village Concepts of Chehalis, a recent quiet afternoon was interrupted by the soft mewling of kittens echoing through the activity room. The maintenance team quickly investigated and found six tiny bundles of fur nestled within the ducts! From round-the-clock bottle feeding to gentle cuddles, these kittens brought the community together with one goal: to nurture the newborns back to health. Marketing Director Brian shares, "Our hearts are filled with joy as the kittens grow, knowing we'll find each of them a loving home when the time comes." ❤️🏡

Our friends at Village Concepts of Fairwood had a wonderful time learning about Native American culture, led by Executive Director Lynda White Eagle, whose husband is a proud member of the Muckleshoot Tribe. Lynda shared the significance of cedar in various traditional practices including weaving, beading, totem pole carvings, native medicines, drum-making, and more.
